Hello again!
Today I want to get some feedback from you. I would like to know what you want to read more of here on Chronicles Of A Cold Texan. Also please note, this post comes with a promotional opportunity for you if you are a blog writer.
I am starting to put together my writing schedule for the next few months and I have a million ideas for posts and, frankly, I get a little discombobulated with excitement. This is your opportunity to ask for anything. However….
There are 3 topics I won’t touch, and they are:
- Politics – I don’t have a head for it, they just make me angry
- Parenting – I’m not qualified
- Adult only topics – I like to keep things classy
Promotional Opportunity:
For any specific special request made I will give you and your blog a shout out and link back in that post. What do I mean by specific special request? I mean specific, as in a particular recipe request (I’ll get to that in a minute), yoga questions, a particular fitness challenge, questions about moving abroad, life in Finland, etc.
I am open to suggestions, but here’s a few ideas to choose from
- Recipes: I have found myself with some extra time on my hands these days. I have received a few requests for specific recipes that people want to try or need at good recipe for and don’t have to time research and play. Guess what. I love this! It takes some of the guess-work out of what might be a good recipe idea. So you tell me what you want and I will either give you my recipe or develop one if I don’t have it. Baking, sweet, savory, dinner, snacks, you name it!
- For Instance: Melissa over at Freeing Imperfections, who is the most adorable pregnant lady, asked me the other day for a Cordon Bleu recipe. Melissa writes about fitness, food, accepting yourself as you are, and more lately about the adventures of pregnancy (with her first wee one, YAAAAY!) when you get a minute go check out her site!
- Travel: Europe or USA, stories, tips, budget, etc
- Fitness: Yoga, Dance, Weight Lifting, Fitness Challenges (developing one for you, not doing one already established)
- Living Abroad: Moving, living, moving your pet, Our life in Finland, home tour
- Natural Health: Essential Oils, healthy eating, meditation, reiki, massage, spa reviews
- Crafts: sewing, painting, knitting, crochet, embroidery, bead work
- Other Miscellaneous stuff: Book reviews, shopping in your closet, our wedding plans, advice on blogging (I’m no expert but I can share my knowledge and resources up to this point)
